Open position:

PR & Marketing Specialist

    We seek a skilled PR Specialist to enhance our corporate image, manage media relations, and collaborate with marketing teams. Strong copywriting, presentation, corporate communications, project management, and social media experience are desired. Enthusiasm and a pleasant personality are key. Maintain positive public awareness of our brand. 

    Job duties include, but are not limited to:

· Formulating PR plans: Develop proactive communication strategies.

· Enhancing company presence: Improve brand image online and offline.

· Facilitating dispute resolution: Resolve issues with effective communication.

· Managing media relations: Build relationships with local influencers and journalists from Latin America, and handle inquiries for positive coverage.

· Media publication: Execute local video making and scripting for media material.

Qualifications and experience

· The person must be a Native Spanish speaker with good English or a Native Spanish speaker with good Chinese native in both written and spoken.

· Self-motivated and willing to push the boundary and hold others accountable.

· An Associate’s degree in Marketing or Business or a related field.

· Over 2 years of work experience in Marketing or Public Relations to do media publicity, KOL communications, and have experience in local video shooting executions. 

· The candidate must perform based on the given KPI, if the person cannot fulfil the KPI within the time given, the contract will be terminated. 

Sales Representatives (Part-time)

As the Sales Representatives the candidate must be creative and passionate about delivering premium experience to customers to drive sales rather than typical retailers’ promotion tactics. The candidate required to work closely with various product sales divisions to gain alignment on sales strategies and tactics, while delivering post-mortem analysis and reports. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

· Sales Initiatives: Familiar with all products and services offered by our company and managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.

· Overseas Marketing Strategy: Lead and support the marketing and sales purpose in the company and work together with the social media Team to create the campaign plan for the targeted market. Assisting international and China business development team.

· Manage business negotiations: Work with external partners to develop sales strategy and promotion plans to meet various consumer needs and provide relevant benefits.

Qualifications and experience

· The person must be a good English speaker. Preferably are native from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Philippines.

· Self-motivated and willingness to push the boundary and hold others’ accountability.

· An Associate’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field.

· Over 2 years’ work experience in B2B sales, strategy & planning, product management.

· The candidate must perform based on the given KPI, if the person cannot fulfil the KPI with the time given, the contract will be terminated.

Social Media Assistant (Intern)

Social Media Interns support the digital media staff to develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. 
    Job duties include, but are not limited to:

· Do content research and keep the content up-to-date to the current trend.

· Create written content for social media and marketing purposes.

· Managing the social media: Schedule the post according to the calendar and interact with the audience.

· Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability

· Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns

· Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms

Qualifications and experience

· The person must be good in English spoken and written.

· Self-motivated and willing to push the boundary and hold others accountable.

· An Associate’s degree in Commerce, Journalism or related field. Student in university are welcome to apply.

· Have experience in content writing for Social Media and content research.

· Has good eye to catch the up-to-date content and design.

· Preferable who have experience in editing software and have experience in using cameras.

· The candidate must perform based on the given KPI, if the person cannot fulfil the KPI within the time given, the contract will be terminated. 

Graphic Designer

    Graphic Designers conceptualize and design visual ideas, understanding the client’s needs and developing a brand’s visual identity. The duties and responsibilities of a Graphic Designer include the following:

·    Creating visual designs for print and digital media

·    Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements

·    Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency

·    Using design software to produce visually appealing designs

·    Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations

·    Revising designs based on client feedback

Qualifications and experience

·       The person must be a good English speaker. Preferably are native from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Philippines.

·    Self-motivated and willingness to push the boundary and hold others’ accountability.

·       An Associate’s degree in Graphic Design. 

·       Experience in using designing tools.

·    The candidate must perform based on the given KPI, if the person cannot fulfil the KPI with the time given, the contract will be terminated.
